Hello and welcome to my blog! I am a Creative Memories Content Contributor. I am also a Creative Memories Album Advisor. Today’s Blog post was inspired by the Creative Memories Croptoberfest Pinterest Board.

Croptoberfest is just around the corner! This pinboard has numerous ideas for decorating your home for fall and your upcoming fall events. I have picked a few of my favorite projects on this board that I could easily create using Creative Memories products.

Ingredients:

**Paper Trimmer

**Stapler

**Hot Glue Gun

**Cardboard Paper

**Ribbon

**Fake Leaves

**Creative Memories Vintage Chic Paper Pack

Instructions:

  1. I cut 14 pieces of cardstock into 6″x 6″ squares. Then I rolled the squares into a cone shape. Then stapled on the fold in two places, to hold in place. (I found glue and taper runner was not strong enough)
  2. Cut a piece of cardboard, (you can use the insert in the paper pack) to a 6 inch diameter.
  3. Glue down cones in the order you would like to the piece of cardboard.
  4. Glue Ribbon to the back of cardboard
  5. Glue the fake leaves to the center to cover the tips to the cones for a finished look.

**Paper trimmer

** Creative Memories Orange, green, and brown cardstock

Instructions:

  3. take a pencil and draw leaf shape on green cardstock. I drew mermaid tail shape. Use your imagination 😉
  4. Gather the strips of paper together (with the ends flush) and place the smallest one in the middle. Order them by size so that the largest strip is on the outside. Staple the end with flushed strips, to secure. Then use one of scraps of the orange paper. to cover the staple. apply tape runner to the scrap of paper then secure with paperclip for a few hours or overnight until paper can hold on its own.
  5. Then peel back the strips until the shortest strip is showing, then grab the other strips and gather at the top in such a way the strips bow out as in the photo. Once strips are arranged, staple to secure the top.
  6. Glue thread or twine to the top of the pumpkin.
  7. Then apply stem (curled piece of brown cardstock) to the top of the pumpkin with tape runner
  8. Then apply Leaves to the top of pumpkin with tape runner. Then use paper clips to clamp the top and let it set for a few hours or overnight to set.
