Summer Layout Blog Hop

Welcome to the Summer Layout Blog Hop 2015!  For this hop we are featuring 2 page layout with a summer theme.

If you have arrived here from Debbie Hodge’s Blog you are in the right place!

I was very excited to create this fun summer layout using the Sunshine Getaway paper pack from Creative Memories. The flowers and fun patterns help you to feel like your on vacation. The focus of this layout is my vacation with my husband to the beach on South Padre Island, TX. This vacation was with friends also. We had a blast! I love going on vacation! 🙂

I fussy cut the flower from the Sunshine Getaway paper pack.

I traced around these letters with the CM Coral Blush dual-tip pen.

Ingredients used:

Sunshine Getaway Paper Pack

White 12×12 Creative Memories pages

I love the simplicity. The pictures are the highlight. I still love me CM albums and though I do a lot of digital I am trying to add traditional back in.

    • Sarah says:

Monica, Thank you for the complement! That’s awesome your going to try to incorporate more traditional scrapping in your world. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you with your projects.

  2. Fran Smitherman says:

I will definitely be using this layout – I love how you cut out the letters with your Cricut using the gorgeous CM paper then outlined them with the coral pen. Sunshine Getaway is so unique!

  3. Diana Brinsley says:

The Sunshine Getaway F2F is one of my favorites and I love what you’ve done with yours! Love your fussy cut flowers. So who needs stickers when we can cut embellishments from our slide in cards! 🙂 Thanks again Sarah … this was fun!
